OBJECTIVES

 

1. To encourage ministers to acquire their higher degree in academics without prejudice
to their family, ministry or job.

2. To give emphasis on the importance of education in the work of God and enable the ministers to see the need and relevance of education in society.

3. To enable the Christian churches establish their own Local Church Based Bible School.

4. To expose the students on the trends in the conventional and non-conventional system in education.

5. To empower qualified ministers and leaders through conferment of an honorary degree and Bishopry.

 

How It Began

 

Founded and registered in 2002 by the same founder of the Laity University in 1986 in Ozamiz City, a lawyer, and former Region IX Department of Agrarian Reform Director , Dr. Pedrito P. Jabagat (1940 – 2010). The University holds to its commitment in empowering pastors, Ministers and  Christian Leaders.

In 2010 Bshp Dr. Alec C. Calpe took over as the chancellor of Theology University up to the present .
